Job Description:

Supervisor to oversee our healthcare teams, ensuring we maintain
our commitment to top-tier patient care both in facility-based and
home-based settings. This pivotal role requires leadership that can
guide multiple teams towards achieving excellence in patient
outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The
ideal candidate will bring a robust background in clinical practice
combined with proven supervisory skills. Supervise and mentor
nursing staff, ensuring adherence to our high standards of care.
Coordinate patient care activities and ensure seamless healthcare
delivery. Oversee nursing staff recruitment, scheduling, training,
and performance evaluations. Develop and implement nursing policies
and procedures aligned with health regulations. Manage patient care
teams to foster an environment of excellence in patient services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
and clinical outcomes. Report directly to medical directors with
updates on patient care, staff performance, and operational issues.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficient in
regulatory compliance and healthcare management Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly and effectively Skilled in using
