Job Description Seeking an experienced Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics) to serve as Medical Director of Primary Care Services in Providence, Rhode Island. This leadership role oversees the delivery of high-quality, integrated primary care, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer. Position Overview Lead and mentor teams of physicians and clinicians across multiple primary care sites Develop and implement data-driven clinical strategies to improve access, quality, and outcomes Oversee quality and performance improvement initiatives Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical program development and organizational growth Full-time position with approximately 0.2 FTE in direct patient care and participation in on-call rotation Qualifications Board Certified MD/DO licensed in Rhode Island Minimum 5 years clinical experience and 3 years in a physician leadership role Proven background in performance metrics, data analysis, and team development Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills Commitment to equitable, community-based healthcare Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with 5% employer match Generous PTO and CME allowance Loan repayment program eligibility Supportive, mission-driven culture
