Job Description We are seeking a Permanent Acute Care Physician in Massachusetts. Permanent Acute Care Physician Position Type: Permanent Full Time Specialty: Physician - Acute Care Location: Massachusetts Rate: $200,000–$230,000 annually Shift: Days, Full-Time Start Date: 1/10/2025 End Date: N/A Position Details: Patient Population: Diverse, including emergency care and acute medical conditions Setting: Community Health Centers, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Private Homes, Schools, and Shelters Responsibilities: Provide direct medical care; manage emergency treatment; participate in quality audits; attend medical conferences and continuing education programs; serve on-call as backup clinician; travel between sites as needed Required Procedures: Acute care procedures, emergency treatment EMR System: Not specified Support Staff: Multidisciplinary team, including medical residents and other healthcare professionals Days Per Month: Full-time, with travel between sites On-Call/Weekends: On-call duties as backup clinician Bilingual/Multilingual: Required (English/Spanish) Submission Requirements: - Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine with specialization in Acute Care - Massachusetts Medical License (or eligibility) - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Less than 1 year of experience (new grads welcome) Join us today!
