potential. Summary: The FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission
by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and
crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or
developmental disabilities. Schedule : Flexible schedule based on
caseload 16 hours per week Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives,
transfer/discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned
caseload. Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients
on assigned caseloads. Coordinate services and collaborate with
internal and external providers. Participate in clinical team
and/or weekly supervision meetings. Participate in agency Clinical
Risk Team Meetings (CRTs) as appropriate/requested. Maintain client
records according to regulatory standards. Maintain productivity
standards as discussed with the supervisor. Will be audited
regularly to ensure compliance. Complete Utilization Review
documentation follow-up promptly. Facilitate referrals to other
agencies/vendors when appropriate. Adhere to all agency policies
and procedures. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Required
Education/Experience: Masters Degree in social work, psychology,
education, or counseling. Massachusetts state license preferred.
Experience working with people with mental illness and/or
developmental disabilities. Required Skills/Knowledge: Must have
excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have
excellent organizational skills. Must have the ability to focus on
and assess the clinical needs of clients and design indicated
treatment goals and objectives. Must be self-motivated and able to
work both independently and in a team setting. Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently
required to climb stairs. The employee must be able to drive a
vehicle. Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without
corrective lenses. Must have a normal range of hearing with or
