Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience treating orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal injuries preferred.
