We are looking for a candidate that is energetic, enthusiastic and is excited to provide a unique guest service experience. **Responsibilities*** Maintaining high quality service to guests and potential guests through various experiences such as the check-in and check-out phases* Posting of guest room charges* Assisting with and anticipating possible guest needs* Maintaining effective communication with guests, potential guests, co-workers, and other departments* Listen to comments, criticism, and feedback from guests and take action where appropriate.**Position Requirements*** Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.* Ability to work as part of a team.* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and in a detailed manner both verbally and in writing.* Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule understanding that the hotel is operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including weekends and holidays.* Be available to provide excellent service and take initiative to offer assistance throughout the hotel.* Effective customer service skills.* Strong inter-personal skills.* Strong and professional telephone communication skills.* Ability to be efficient in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service.**Experience**Required: minimum of 1 year prior experience as a Guest Services Agent preferred but not required.
