Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pmAbout the
RoleAs a Merchandising Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial
role in maintaining product information integrity across our
e-commerce platform. You'll collaborate with brand partners to
ensure accurate, compelling product content while supporting our
merchandising systems and processes.What You'll Do
- Manage new item setup processes by adding products to our
systems, including:
- Communicating with brand partners to secure best-in-class
content
- Performing quality analysis on product information
- Importing data and digital assets
- Auditing webpage content for completeness and accuracy
- Synthesize large quantities of complex data into usable,
actionable information
- Participate in system implementation projects including
requirements documentation, systems configuration, test
documentation/execution, and issue resolutionWhat You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail
Management, Finance or similar field
- 1-3+ years of experience in a computer-driven corporate
environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate and learn quickly in a fast-paced
environment
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly
Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to convey key
insights from complex analysis
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for improving
processesBonus Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or catalog management
- Prior experience with Software Quality Processes and Atlassian
tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems
- SQL and/or Tableau skillsJoin our team and help drive

hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $26/HR.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited
to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications,
