Starbucks is seeking a driven and dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during specific shifts at our bustling coffeehouse locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service and operational standards while promoting our unique coffee culture. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Shift Manager will supervise team members, manage logistical aspects of store operations, and engage with customers, all while upholding the quality and values synonymous with the Starbucks brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a knack for leadership, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Oversee day-to-day operations during shifts, ensuring smooth functionality and high levels of customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff, providing feedback and performance reviews to help them grow professionally. Handle scheduling of staff shifts and assist in inventory management and order placement. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. Resolve customer complaints with diplomacy and professionalism. Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment. Strong leadership and personnel management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations Fundamental accounting and mathematical skills Proficient in MS Office and point of sale systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.
