Job Description:
HR Analyst - EST/CST time zone Reporting to the HR Director,
People Analytics & M&A Integration PM, the HR Analyst will be a
results-driven and resourceful member of the core HR team. This
role will have foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance and
act as a subject matter expert in people analytics and trends. This
role is responsible for continuously evaluating our data and
optimizing operational HR efficiencies, programs, and providing
actionable insight and recommendations on identified data trends.
The successful HR Analyst will possess a high level of business
acumen, pay meticulous attention to detail, and have excellent
communication and presentation skills. This role will focus on
high-impact support, ensuring alignment between HR people and
business strategy.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using
appropriate reporting tools; inclusive of turnover, DEI,
EEO/AAP/Federal Reporting, RA Program, eNPS, career progression &
promotional criteria, employee engagement, new hire, training and
other HR system data and people analytics.
Execute quarterly eNPS and culture focused surveys, and analyze
employee survey data to identify opportunities and approaches to
enhance employee perceptions of the workplace and leadership
capability
Create and distribute quarterly and annual HR metrics and
deliverables to senior leadership
Provide in-depth analysis of HR data and reporting needs for the
overall department, conveying information in a meaningful way to a
variety of audiences
Prepare professional visuals and presentations of feedback for
various members of leadership
Understand business needs and identify new industry data trends,
and recommend accessible and relevant data
Increase HR efficiency and accuracy by eliminating manual
processes. Recommend, implement, and document new systems,
processes, and innovative solutions to create sustainability for
scale and maintain data integrity
May assist Director in the collection & reporting of M&A
project reporting, data reconciliations, & gap analysis
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best
practices
Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel &
PowerPoint proficiency
Demonstrate solid understanding of HR operations as well as the
needs and challenges of leaders, managers, and associates across
the organization
Proficient with HRIS systems, reporting and potential
configurations/data structure
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Forward thinking and a proactive approach to identify and prevent
issues
Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to
detail
Familiarity with HR regulations and employment law
Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and
presentations
Ability to assess and develop HR metrics relevant to the
business
Ability to turn people data into business value
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (or
equivalent combination of education / experience)
3+ years of relevant HR experience in an analytical role or
similar
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Staffing Industry experience, a plus
