Boston, is seeking a Training Specialist to join their
collaborative and mission-driven team. About the Opportunity: As
the Training Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the
firm's professional development initiatives. You'll work closely
with leadership to assess training needs, develop engaging content,
and implement programs that enhance employee skills across all

direct impact on employee success. Responsibilities: Design and
deliver training programs focused on technical skills, compliance,
onboarding, and professional development Partner with department
heads to assess learning needs and create tailored solutions Manage
logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions Develop and
update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content Monitor
and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance
metrics Stay current on trends in learning and development and
recommend improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Education, Business, or related field 3 years of
experience in a training, learning & development, or HR-related
role Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning
tools Experience working in a legal environment is a *must have*
