Our Revenue Experience team is responsible for all interfaces between Twitter ad products and advertisers. We build high quality, full-stack products that make it easy for advertisers to create and measure their campaigns and objectives.Job descriptionThe Advertiser API and Data Service platform drives a significant percentage of our $2B ad revenue. This role is vital to Twitter---s goal of producing $10B of revenue in the coming years. You---ll have an immediate impact by improving developer efficiency and scaling the way we build software.You---ll collaborate with engineers and product managers across multiple teams to serve some of the world---s biggest brands, agencies, and Ad Tech partners. You---ll work on a platform that solves their campaign, creative, and audience management needs and provides insights and analytics. Team members work from our San Francisco office and from home in Washington DC. We manage this together with asynchronous collaboration and being respectful of differences in time zones and schedules. We---re focused on developer efficiency, driving an API first philosophy, and ensuring that our platform is stable, extensible, and scalable. We use StratoQL (whitepaper) and GraphQL to allow developers to get access to the data they need without the overhead of making multiple API calls.Qualifications6 years experience developing large scale distributed systemsFluent in one or more JVM based language such as Java or ScalaStrong software engineering practices (e.g. coding, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)Experience innovating in service-oriented architectureBS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or similar technical fieldAdditional informationWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse Twitter.
