Job DescriptionDanfoss is seeking a Software Engineering Co-op on the Autonomy team at the Danfoss Innovation Accelerator (DIA) in Cambridge, MA for the Spring 2022 semester.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and debug software to bring autonomous functionality to off-highway vehiclesCollaborate with other team membersLearn about the full software development life cycle Hands-on experience with RoboticsBackground & SkillsPursuing BS, MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fieldsExperience developing software in C Good understanding of object-oriented programmingGood understanding of data structure and basic algorithmsSolid understanding of electronics and computer hardwareGood communication skills and team collaboration--Nice to Have--Qualifications (in addition to required qualifications)ROS (Robot Operating System) Experience in robotics controlDevelopment experience in Ubuntu systemDanfoss - Engineering TomorrowAt Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
