We are looking for an exceptional agilest to be a Scrum Master within the Global Distribution organization's CRM & Marketing teams!Job Summary:This is a fast-paced environment providing servant leadership for our teams focused on CRM and marketing capabilities, as well as platform health and stability. As a Scrum Master, you will work collaboratively across two geographically diverse agile delivery teams. In this role you will work with highly collaborative teams that value an exceptional customer experience and have a strong desire to drive change and foster a positive work environment. Your work will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery. Perhaps most importantly, you will use your servant leadership capabilities and mindset to help empower, energize and motivate the teams you support. You will work closely with your teams and peers to support sprint and release planning, foster team self-awareness, encourage cross-training, decision-making and continuous improvement.In this role you will: Oversee scrum process and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaption Lead a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and innovation in processes Guide team on how to get the most out of self-organization and leverage this to evolve the team's agile practice Champion scrum, it's roles, events and artifacts to help the team and stakeholders understand their value Ability to cultivate consensus and alignment within the team and across the organization Work with the product owner(s) to support short and long-term release planning and manage interdependencies Shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity Responsible for assisting the team to remove impediments to progress Build a trusting and safe environment where challenges are raised and explored with an emphasis of problem solving Aggregate scrum team objectives and progress to ensure visibility and transparency Qualifications Scrum certification or equivalent training Working knowledge of IT concepts related to Rating & Pricing, strategies, methodologies, architectures, and technical standards Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and 5 years experience in agile software development or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Strong knowledge of agile principles and concepts Ability to leverage expertise and enthusiasm for agile methodologies and continuous improvement to energize those around you A belief that openness and transparency are non-negotiable Enjoy solving problems and can resolve conflicts through strong mediation skills Display strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills Strong understanding of the value of metrics and iterative delivery Enjoy coaching and mentoring a team to maximize progress and potential Ability to empathize with a wide range of people, test new ideas with them and observe the results Job Specifications: Reference: 2021-43716 Category: Technology Primary Location: Remote Additional Locations: Indianapolis, IN; Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Plano, TX; Seattle, WA; Schedule: Full-Time Salary: USD $99,300.00 - $138,900.00 / Year Education Level: Travel: As NeededQualifications Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc ) and a minimum of 4 years related experience Certification not required Knowledge/training equivalent to beginner/1st level certification from a reputable Lean-Agile organization (PSK I, PSM I, CSM, etc ) a plus Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience as a member of an Agile team, or related experience Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards Strong problem solver with ability to work with a team to maximize progress, potential and overall effectiveness A lifetime learner who is dedicated to relentless improvement of themselves and their teams, eager to face challenges in service of them Featured BenefitsHere's some of what you can look forward to as one of our employees.Competitive CompensationOur compensation programs are designed to deliver above-market pay if you perform well, and significantly above that for exceptional performance over time.
