GRM US Distribution Tech is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to be responsible for the growth, organizational agility, and successful delivery of features that support our strategic imperative of being the #1 carrier in the IA Channel. As a Sr. Scrum Master, you will facilitate release train ceremonies, identify and escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive program-level continuous improvement. You will be responsible for developing agile adoption strategies and will develop high-trust partnerships that enhance our organizational agility. About the role: Implements consistent process and tools, identifies emerging best practices, and works to continuously advance agile methods and practices. Works closely with IT and business leaders, architects, product owners, and squad members as an expert on agile methods Educates organizations to use a variety of approaches to deliver customer value Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional initiatives by assisting in the identification and resolution of organizational impediments Provides scaling expertise to multiple agile teams, facilitating quarterly planning with large groups Manages a portfolio backlog of epics and features, and facilitates effective decision making Coaches and mentors a wide variety of roles on agile fundamentals Provide feedback to management at all levels regarding agile practices and transformations within their teams. In-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives. In-depth knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) with three plus years' experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensus building skills.
