Our overall goal is to ensure that we get our therapeutics to patients quickly by having the right operational model and integrated clinical data pipeline to support delivery.The Clinical Data Technology Lead is responsible for selection, implementation and management of all clinical trial data systems as part of a transformational data program. This data program will include an integrated data flow with end-to end control of data, internalization of numerous systems and processes, broad enablement of automation and near-time data access, efficient data review and query, and enablement of disruptive technologies for next-gen trial designs and insights. -The data program will encompass all systems, platforms and tools involved in the collection, processing, review, analysis, and downstream reporting or consumption of clinical trial data and will be inclusive of all Takeda therapeutic areas and relevant business units.DELIVERY & BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES:---The Clinical Data Lead is expected to:Responsible for technical selection, implementation and management of all systems within the Takeda Clinical Data Program.Works closely with numerous cross-functional representatives to ensure that assigned projects are progressing in a manner consistent with overall strategy and timelines. -Prioritize and oversee portfolio of clinical data systems projects in the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, validation, implementation, and maintenance phases. - -Oversees activities of vendor technical teams to ensure technical solutions are delivered in a manner that is optimal, sustainable and aligned with current needs, while also ensuring application to forward-looking digital/data strategy which is critical to Takeda's long-term successAdvance socialization of systems and new technologies throughout organization.Engage with high-level stakeholders on requirements and prioritization.CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE:Strategic Planning and Execution:Leads in all technical design and implementation aspects of R&D clinical data programReports on progress of projects, issues/plans, and critical path schedules to - leadershipVisibly engages across the organization to ensure transformational impactResource and Issue Management:Manages internal and external resources (people, information, technologies, time, and capital);
