Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation and SME Lead
Location: Greater Boston, MA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months to start (with possible extensions)Job Description

As a CRM Tech Lead/Implementation Specialist, you will oversee the implementation of an enterprise CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and work on designing, architecting, and enhancing it. Candidate will be part of a larger team (business and vendor), she/he will work with the team along with business stakeholders to define priorities, road map and best practices to achieve required enhancements. The Technical Lead will be the primary point between business, vendor, and IT. Your stakeholders will be the business program sponsor, the vendor, and cross-functional teams (including IT).

Role Responsibilities

Provides technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the IT team for the CRM solution. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented
Work with Stakeholders, Business users and IT leaders to understand their business requirements and supporting translating them into application solutions (workflows, business rules, pages, reports, services, etc.).
Requirement analysis, technical solution design, develop and implement work products in Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborate with other team members to implement MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
Supporting and enhancing the existing MS Dynamics 365 applications
Delivering technical solutions as per specified plans, deliverables, costs and timelines.
Clearly articulating technical issues, solutions and activities to colleagues and clients.
Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work. Responsible for technical direction of the CRM implementation.
Participates in periodic team meetings; ability to outline performance of technical team
Establish the criteria related to the release process for the team in promoting configurations to the appropriate environments and monitor the promotion of such configurations so it is in line with documented processes
Participate in all work product review sessions to ensure compliance with the technical design.
Coach and mentor the IT team in the development of the CRM solution from a technical perspective
Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the CRM implementation
Work with other key architecture roles to ensure the technology is being applied to meet the business objectives (Applications Architect, Data Architect, etc.)
Identifying the business needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
Understanding of reporting configurations and processes leveraging solutions such as Power BI, Tableau inside Dynamics CRM

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 7+ years hands-on software implementation.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on MS Dynamics 365 experience, this includes design, development, customization, implementation, integration and administration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
Expert background in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Development using .NET/C#
Hands-on Development of MS Dynamics 365 CRM plugins, JavaScript, workflows--- etc.
Experience in MS Dynamics 365 tools like Plugin Registration Tool, Configuration Migration Tool, XRM Toolbox, etc
Proven experience with Dynamics CRM Technical Architecture
Dynamics 365 CRM troubleshooting and root architecture analysis
Ability to set priorities and manage work independently
Good communication & customer-facing skills
Experience in writing Power Automate/Flows
Experience in using Power Platform Admin Center
Experience in manipulating data using Scribe/Kingsway soft
Collaborate with other technical consultants, business analysts and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Online) solutions.
Ability to leverage Dynamics 365 platform to create custom applications
Understanding solution layering
Some Sharepoint experience desired
