Job Description:
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Management Associate with: strong document drafting experience,
negotiating and interpersonal skills, and experience in fund and
investment adviser formation, both domestic and international;
formation of separately managed accounts and single investor funds;
Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act compliance;
investment adviser state registration requirements; and
representation of investors (pensions, endowments, institutional
investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals). Large
law firm experience is preferred. Strong academics are required.
