Job Description:
Job Description – Material Handler Material Handlers support
both administrative and physical functions related to storing,
counting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and
equipment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate
inventory records, ensuring proper movement of materials, and
supporting production teams by delivering components and staging
finished goods. The role requires attention to detail, strong
organizational skills, and the ability to meet the high-quality
standards expected by the client Essential Functions Maintain
accurate inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials
and supplies in stock, and recording locations in Oracle. Locate
materials by pulling and verifying items listed on work orders,
move orders, and pick slips; deliver materials and complete
corresponding Oracle transactions. Receive returned materials from
production, verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities, place
items into stock, and process necessary Oracle entries. Prepare
finished goods for shipment by identifying, picking, packing,
crating, loading, and securing products according to operating
procedures and work instructions. Perform pre?use inspections and
basic maintenance on material?handling equipment such as scales.
Support team productivity by completing related tasks as required
and troubleshooting issues efficiently. Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe workspace—including plant areas, equipment,
walkways, and break rooms—using 5S principles. Participate in and
support continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all operating
procedures and work instructions to meet assigned requirements
safely and efficiently, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school
diploma or GED required. Experience in a manufacturing or
industrial environment preferred. Strong organizational skills,
positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team
setting. Ability to read and understand written instructions and
follow verbal directions; strong verbal communication skills. Basic
computer and data-entry proficiency. Ability to work independently
while accepting direction when required. Reliable, consistent
attendance and availability for assigned shifts and required
overtime. Physical Demands Reasonable accommodations may be made

standing, handling small components, stooping, kneeling, crouching,
or crawling. Occasional walking, sitting, reaching, climbing,
balancing, talking, and hearing. Regular lifting/moving of up to 10
lbs; frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting of up to
50 lbs. Visual abilities including close, distance, color,
peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work
Environment Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts. Work
involves repetitive motions and operation within a fast-paced
