Co-Occurring Clinician Supervisor$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus: $500 at hire and $500 after you complete 6 months of dependently Licensed Clinicians encouraged to apply! The Co-Occurring Enhanced Clinician (CCE) Supervisor position is part of a specialized track within the Outpatient Center, which focuses on the assessment and treatment of persons struggling with both Substance Use (moderate to high acuity) and co-occurring mental health disorders. This track will include the CCE supervisor, CCE clinicians, prescriber(s) trained to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and recovery coach peer supports. The CCE Supervisor will lead in team meetings and encourage supervisees to coordinate care within the Riverside team and with any external professional and personal supports to wrap around the person served. The CCE supervisor will also operate as the lead on new initiatives and best practices within the outpatient centers, including telehealth, EHR upgrades, and rapid access. The CCE Supervisor will also assist the Program Director in planning and development of the CCE program, implementation of program policies and goals related to treating patients with Co-Occurring Disorders and receiving MAT, and monitoring of service quality and collaboration of area service network. The CCE Supervisor is also responsible for: + Engaging in Continuous Quality Initiative Reviews to support the Outpatient Clinic's treatment of co-occurring and MAT capacity development + Providing leadership in CCE group supervision of treatment from team format as necessary + Reviewing the clinical documentation of the assigned supervisees Our Ideal Candidate: Riverside Community Care takes pride in its employees for being hardworking, compassionate, and respectful. Our ideal candidate would have these qualities along with the following skills and experience: Required Skills + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills required. + Advanced computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required. Required Experience + Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field required. + Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) with three years of post licensure experience required. + Two years clinical experience working with individuals struggling with mental health and/or SUDs, including assessment, diagnosis and counseling. + Valid drivers license, safe driving record and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
