You will work within the commercial global marketing team, internal subject matter experts, medical, digital and agency partners to design, develop, and deliver exceptional campaigns and content.This position will report to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing for Covid-19 and deliver campaigns, content, and tactics to support local market execution of customer experience related activities. The preferred candidate will be a high-performing content manager able to organize and drive content development initiatives within an overall marketing launch plan, have proven strategic communications skills, strong pull through of strategy to execution, project and process management experience, and a background in customer engagement across multiple channels.Heres What Youll Do:This position will support global campaign and content initiatives by:contributing to the development of the global product strategy & operational plansunderstanding and translating market landscape data and customer insights;establishing and maintaining key messaging and competitive positioning working closely with agency partners to develop customer-centric campaigns designed to integrate across channels, ready for plug-and-play implementation across geographies;leading and managing content development timelines and projects, requiring attention to detail through content editing, proofing, fact and reference checking;ensuring continuity of systems and tools, working collectively with colleagues in Digital and Operations for one integrated customer view;collaborating in the creation and development of a content factory that enables localization and content/asset reuse across all countries;supporting ongoing launch efforts and special projects for the brand including acting as a global brand steward and partnering closely with local affiliates to deliver value;maintaining and monitoring key brand metrics including tracking analytics and performance KPIs leveraging a digital first mindset.You will be successful in this role by playing a collaborative role within the overall team by bringing your experience and expertise to provide differentiated value, and by demonstrating an ability to confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines, displaying a strong service orientation, and being motivated to produce high-quality content that delivers results.Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:Minimum of a bachelors degree; MBA or other related advanced degree strongly preferred.7+ years of content creation experience within a regulated environment; agency and/or other creative experience within healthcare, FMCG, tech and consulting welcome.Global experiences preferred with an interest in Canada, UK, and EMEA.Strong communication skills both verbal and written through previous copy or editing experience;Works with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detailDemonstrating intellectual curiosity and commitment to developing a differentiated biotech offering and experience in the market.Ability to adapt and manage many projects in a very dynamic environment (great juggler).Proactivity skills with ability to effectively plan for, develop and manage future departmental needs and key processes based on business needsAbility to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organizationHighly collaborative working across borders and functions, building bridges.Culturally sensitive and adapt.Superior organizational skills including strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, analytical abilities and addition, you must bring a collaborative spirit and a willingness to push boundaries as partner who builds upon the culture and ideas of those around them.
