As an Associate Director, Portfolio Unbranded Patient Marketing, working on the Hematology Portfolio Strategy Team, you will be empowered to be strategic and innovative, and a typical day will include:POSITION OBJECTIVES:As a key member of the portfolio marketing team, the Associate Director will own essential unbranded patient components for the hematology franchise. The Associate Director will work to continue to advance Takeda's reputation as the leader in hematology for over 70 years. The Associate Director will have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of 8 products in multiple therapeutic areas in a large franchise of products throughout the life cycle.The Associate Director will own end-to-end unbranded patient CRM (strategy, planning, and execution), social influencers, and unbranded patient education materials, delivering innovative critical education to a tight knit community. This role will require significant thought leadership, customer focus, marketing discipline, and analytical rigor.This role will also be accountable for bringing expertise and leadership to advance digital priorities across the franchise. Specifically, developing and maintaining customer experience maps, ensuring adherence of customer privacy and compliance practices, drafting of marketing campaign business rules and requirements, as well as identifying and partnering with analytics teams to develop and utilize sound measurement/reporting constructs for all programs.The Associate Director will ensure that all Digital/CRM activities align and integrate well with the existing Digital/CRM multi-channel ecosystem.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Be an expert on consumer multi-channel solutions. Envision, prioritize, and implement multi-channel solutions that deliver measurable short & longer-term business impact to the franchiseRefine the strategy, execution, and implementation for customer-centric CRM program while establishing goals and metrics by mining and segmenting customer data and closely coordinating between Brand teams, Multi-Channel Marketing partners, and agencies/vendorsDefine vision, strategy, and implementation (content and processes) for legally and compliantly engaging with social influencersContribute to brand plans at the strategic level for both brand teams and franchiseOwn unbranded patient material education pieces and ensure their business value is captured through all relevant channels. Own the living centralized catalogue of all current patient pieces, project owners, part numbers, while detecting patient education gaps as well as updating previously created pieces with an eye for consolidation, clarity, and patient centricityCollaborate across other digital channels (e.g., website, search, mobile)Own agency relationships and hold agencies accountable to Takeda standards, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and incorporate best channel marketing practices and Takeda standards.
