About the role: Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company to inspire you and empower you to shine? Join Takeda as a Cloud Customer Success Lead, in our Lexington, MA office where you will provide enterprise cloud enablement leadership to guide cloud adoption by aligning service delivery and processes to functional enablement requirements. You will also provide leadership on the global cloud strategy aligned with the requirements and value streams of the assigned team, driving needed following applicable Global IT procedures and standards. As part of the Cloud Customer Success team, you will report to the Head of Enterprise Cloud Services.
How you will contribute: Organize functional delivery of BU/ group-aligned workstreams in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization.
Communicate the Enterprise Cloud strategy that impacts the assigned department and develops a feedback loop from customer organizations to ECS.
Provide input to the function-specific Enterprise Cloud Strategy.
Prioritize and consolidate the Enterprise Cloud Services project portfolio specific to the assigned responsibility, curate the delivery backlog, and communicate to promote focus within the Enterprise Cloud Services team.
Influence outsourced functions to bring operationally excellent cloud application support for the assigned department.
Manage, report, and provide expectations of service levels (OLA or Service level agreements) and performance to the outsourced Service Management organization to improve service levels for the assigned responsibility.
Communicate complex advantages, drawbacks, and costs of cloud technologies used or evaluated by the assigned responsibility as a trusted advisor.
Be a customer journey owner focused on success; ensure a transition from Design, to Build to appropriate IT service management teams, make sure that dependencies are understood, managed, and communicated.
Establish and oversee the management of the development of global cloud delivery teams supporting the assigned responsibility.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with IT leaders across the Global IS/IT Organization focused on the assigned responsibility and Global IT disciplines
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science; Master's degree.
More than 5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry And in the assigned process
More than 5 years relevant experience in IT, with professional in-depth knowledge across different IT disciplines
Experience implementing large/complex solutions and systems platforms.
Understand complex and abstract IT and our goals.
Align team member expectations, develop an associated technical action plan.
Work with virtual teams located in multiple countries around the world, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
Experience with application development and product management.
