(3rd Party Demands) coordinate, investigate, negotiate and pay
moderately complex subrogation cases in multiple claims lines. In
this role you will have the opportunity to impact the
organization's bottom line by paying what we are owe for property
damage liability claims The right candidate must have strong time
management and investigative skills and be passionate about
negotiating liability and damages. You will also need to have a
high level of attention to detail and adhere to all applicable
statutes, regulations, and corporate compliance protocol. You'd be
a great fit if you are: A Strong Communicator: On a daily basis you
will be communicating with policyholders, other insurance carriers,
vendors and internal partners. Strong communication skills will
make you successful in negotiating claims to resolution timely
while engaging in positive interactions with our partners. A Claims
Professional: You should have a firm understanding of coverage and
liability as well as basic policy/contract coverage. Additionally,
you should have previous experience handling collision, property
damage liability, and/or comprehensive claims. A Reliable Teammate:

different cultures, environments, schedules, and the varying needs
of your team and business. A Customer-Centric Claims
Representative: Doing the right thing and integrity is in your
nature. That means you sincerely care about providing our
customer's an exceptional experience and are committed to ensuring
all our actions keep the customers at the forefront.
Responsibilities: Coordinates and pays moderately complex
subrogation cases under limited team manager supervision.Negotiates
settlements with responsible parties, their carriers or legal
counsel.Communicates with policyholders, vendors and agents on the
status of pending subrogation matters, where required by statues,
regulation or service standard. Processes recovery and vendor
expense payments within established authority.Preserves evidence
and protects the chain of custody. Adheres to all applicable
statutes and regulations and corporate compliance protocols.
Reimburses third-party out of pocket expenses where
appropriate.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Good
interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required. Time
management skills are essential.Strong verbal, written and conflict
resolution skills needed. Knowledge of legal liability, general
insurance policy coverage and exposure required.Understanding of
automobile damages and estimating experience preferredThe
capabilities, skills and knowledge required is normally acquired
through an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 1 year
of directly related experience.Ability to obtain proper licensing
