Job Description Coordinate and inspect product, document results, and notify appropriate personnel with action items as to the inspection status of product in the Quality Control Lab. Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct incoming audits of raw material, purchased parts and finished parts according to documented procedures. - Conduct Shipping Audits in a timely manner according to documented procedures or work instructions. - Conduct First Piece inspection according to documented procedures or work instructions. - Assist in the preparation of PPAP activities as directed by the Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor. - Communicate with various levels of management as required. - Assist with special projects within the Quality Department. - Qualifications: - Highly organized person familiar with a fast paced manufacturing environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities is necessary. - Must be able to interpret blueprints and conduct inspection of product using various measurement tools. - Should have at least five years' experience as an inspector in a similar environment. - Must be proficient in various computer applications. - OGP and CMM experience is preferred. - US Citizen or Green Card holders only.
