CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
We are seeking an - enthusiastic sales rep to join our growing
team. The Customer Experience Coordinator will value working in a
small, casual, fun, and professional environment while making a
meaningful impact on others.
The Customer Experience Coordinator will be successful in this role
if they have a positive and persuasive personality, have the drive
to succeed and hit goals, and have a desire to do positive
meaningful work that helps others (in this case, helping them save
money through energy efficiency measures).
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Customer Experience Coordinator will help to drive our pipeline
by making outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, follow-up calls to
convert open projects, create, and coordinate scope proposals,
subcontractors, and interact with key stakeholders across the
organization. The beauty of this role is that our solutions are not
a hard sell! The upgrades we provide come at little to no cost to
the owners and/or tenants and overall energy and utility costs go
down!
The Customer Experience Coordinator will report directly to the
General Manager and work closely with members of the Sales
Operations team and Project Delivery team. Bring us your ability to

succeed within this position. You'll be supported by a team of

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to engage and educate new clients, over the
phone, in identified markets about energy efficiency incentives and
schedule no cost residential energy assessments
Follow up with customers to convert open projects
Coordinate and schedule subcontractor site visits
Support team members with paperwork coordination and completion
Document key performance metrics using both Microsoft platforms and
cloud-based CRM tools
Prepare and share proposals of recommended energy conservation
measures with key stakeholders
Represent the company in a professional manner
Meet or exceed established sales quotas and KPIs
Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
through phone, email, and other written forms of communication
Support customer needs throughout interaction and find solution to
any issues that may develop
Follow up with new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and
fulfillment of the job
Maintain relationship with key stakeholders to ensure continual
satisfaction
Willing and eager to take on other office related projects as they
develop
Maintain pipeline accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
0-3 years of related experience, or relevant internship
experience
College degree or equivalent experience
Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient,
and conscientious)
Strong team orientation and customer focus
Great interpersonal skills with ability to build solid, renewable
relationships. Experience engaging with customers that have varying
personality types a plus
Proficient computer skills, especially with Excel, Power Point,
Outlook, and Adobe[LC6]
Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders: customers,
subcontractors, internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter, team player, and Lifelong Learner
Bonus if you have:
Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, or Mandarin/Cantonese fluency
Facilities or building knowledge
Energy or energy efficiency experience
Salesforce.com or previous CRM experience
Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
