Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of practical experience working in a
project-oriented organization and/or experience with organizations
in the field of Construction Management or General Contracting
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an office-based
administrative capacity
- Must be able to communicate successfully with a variety of
disciplines and levels, both internal and external
- Experience with MS Office package
- Familiarity with financial accounting and reporting systems is
a plusKey Accountabilities:General Administration:
- Support the department in day-to-day administration
- Maintain project data and files (Document Control)
- General administration, faxing, filing, coordination or
meetings and other related functionsProject Administration Support:
- Provide reconciliation support for 3rd Party Invoicing
associated to Projects
- Assist in the generation of cost estimates, scopes, and budget
forecasts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that project
information is available and accurate throughout multiple
accounting programs and systems
- Track personnel and equipment assigned to projects; review,
correct, approve and maintain files related to project labor
- Review, correct and track project charges, including labor,
materials, leasing, fuel, etc. to ensure all Supplemental Work is
properly charged.

- Maintain the highest level of quality in work products
produced
- Optimize the performance of the KCS asset safety, reliability
and availability by embedding good or best practices, instilling a
culture of continuous improvement, implementing technical
innovation and improving management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance qualityGeneral:
- Implement and monitor operational practices to ensure equipment
reliability and quality service while ensuring a safe and
productive workplace
- Attend and participate in all assigned training, specifically
safety and security related training
- Demonstrate and adhere to the Keolis Commuter Services
principals of Employee Engagement, Operational Excellence & Safety,
Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Social Responsibility and Economic
Performance
- Ensure compliance with KCS equal employment policies, safety
rules, and operating rules
- Demonstrate understanding and adhere to the KCS principals of

- Ensure departmental policies, pertaining to the role are
followed
- Provide safety and quality assurance that appropriate
mandatory, MBTA and KCS
- Drive improvement of safety performance in sync with annual
safety plan for the Building & Bridges Department. Plan for and
direct operations during service disruptions and periods of extreme
weather to ensure safe working environment
