Job Description Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. \n The Herb Chambers Companies were recently voted one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe , for the 12th year in a row \n The goal of this position is to efficiently and professionally assist our customers with all of their service needs. \n Responsibilities: \n -- Greeting and assisting guests with service needs \n -- Generating estimates \n -- Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity \n -- Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering \n -- Conducting post-repair follow-up \n -- Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance \n -- Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily \n In addition to a full benefits package with an aggressive compensation plan, the time is now \n Must be able to work with others within a team concept and specific work instructions (provided).
