The Project Specialist will contribute to the success of Digital
through the management of one or more mid to large, enterprise-wide
projects, and the resources associated with these projects.
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Manager of Telecom Projects of Mass
General Brigham, Project Specialists group the Voice Communications
Project Specialist is responsible for the project management and
development of project plans for the implementation of multiple,
simultaneous, IS-ITS low voltage, telephony, application, or
infrastructure projects at Brigham & Women's Hospital,
Massachusetts General Hospital, Mass General Brigham and affiliate
sites.
Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively provide
status updates to management, project team members, departmental
representatives, outside vendors, and consultants as required.
Must be a motivated, self-starter with the ability to present
technical ideas and solutions clearly and concisely in written and
oral form.
Preferred technical knowledge and experience with Cisco Call
Manager, UCCE, Unity Connection, CTI, IVR, call recording, and
other miscellaneous voice applications. Knowledgeable with voice
and data networking environments such as LAN/WAN, VoIP, wireless,
T1, PRI, Ethernet, SIP trunking, etc.
