Biopharma Domain Lead will serve as a strategic thought partner and
key point of contact to the Commercial and Medical Affairs teams
within Pfizer's Biopharma group to help them harness the power of
data & analytics and the skills, tools, and expertise available
within AIDA. Utilizing their deep knowledge of Commercial and
Medical Affairs in the biopharmaceutical industry and their
expertise in advanced analytics & AI, the Domain Lead will partner
with the Biopharma organization, Biopharma Digital Client Partner,
and Customer Experience, Commercial Enablement & Market Facing
Solutions Creation Center to shape, prioritize and oversee the
delivery of a portfolio of mission-critical data and analytics
projects and foundations. Within AIDA, the Domain Lead will
proactively serve to translate Biopharma needs into a cohesive data
and analytics strategy, and drive partnership and alignment across
AIDA domains. This role will also serve as AIDA's representative to
the broader Pfizer Digital organization for any Biopharma-related
activities that Pfizer Digital is addressing. The Biopharma Domain
Lead and other Domain Leads will report to the Head of AIDA and
serve as global leaders in the organization, including supporting
continuous advancement and innovation in data engineering
processing, flow, platforms, utilization, and advanced analytics
capabilities. The ideal candidate must have a strong strategic
perspective and desire to push the boundaries through the
application of state-of-the-art AI/ML methodologies.ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the single AIDA point of contact for all
Biopharma-related AIDA projectsUtilize expertise in
biopharmaceutical industry Commercial and Medical Affairs functions
and knowledge of data, analytics, and AI to design the most
valuable solutions, advise stakeholders, and ensure implementation
of the most practical approaches that achieve the desired
outcomesWork across organizational lines to connect the dots across
Biopharma's needs and develop a cohesive strategy that serves those
needs efficientlyIdentify opportunities to use predictive and
prescriptive analytics, decision support, and digital health and
medicine capabilities to bring the right medicines to patients
faster and ensure next best actionPartner with Clinical Informatics
and PHI organizations to ensure best use of real-world data (RWD),
advanced analytics, and predictive / descriptive analyticsTranslate
Biopharma's data and analytics needs and priorities into tactical
projects for AIDA to lead and advanceDocument needs, constraints,
and requests, and own and track progress toward project completion,
business impacts, and key metricsMarshall the right resources and
expertise within AIDA to deliver data and analytics capabilities
that best accelerate the commercial launch of breakthrough
medicines and other post-approval processesEstablish effective
partnerships with and influence leaders in other areas of Digital
to collectively deliver on discrete projects and larger
programsIllustrate the "art of the possible" and proactively
propose ideas, innovative approaches, use cases, or external
collaborations that Biopharma might find valuableFoster
collaboration across AIDA, Digital, and other colleagues to
identify and communicate strategic lessons learned and best
practices, promoting continuous improvement in Biopharma project
executionPartner with other Domain Leads develop best practices,
learn from each other, and evolve the role, with the goal of
delivering transformational impact to the organizationMaintain an
active external network in the life sciences AI/ML community to
understand state-of-the-art capabilities and potential impacts to
Pfizer's Biopharma groupBASIC QUALIFICATIONS 13+ years of
experience working in the Commercial or Medical Affairs function
including sales, marketing, HEOR, etc. within a biopharmaceutical
company or serving those functions as a management consultant or
service providerAdvanced degree in a scientific, biomedical, or
engineering disciplineWorking knowledge of bioinformatics,
computational biology, and AI/MLDeep understanding of
biopharmaceutical Commercial data, including sales and forecasting,
health economics and outcomes data, marketing and spend data,
patient and physician data, and ability to formulate data
strategyNuanced insight into the opportunities and challenges
presented with applying AI/ML to business problems within the life
sciences industryAbility to translate ambiguous customer needs into
tangible and achievable strategy and plansProactive, agile, and
innovative leader, who can creatively solve problems and operate
effectively in a rapidly evolving, varied environment (e.g.,

salary for this position ranges from $185,800.00 to $297,700.00. In
addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of
22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our
share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a
retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days,
paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to
include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
