Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Responsible for developing the architectural design for Master Data Management domain technical solution, development, base object integration to other systems and general solutions as related to Master Data Management.
  
• Ensure the design is highly performant, reliable and scalable.
  
• Responsible for the understanding, documentation, maintenance, and additional creation of master data related data-models (conceptual, logical, and physical) and database structures.
  
• Responsible for driving clear understanding of the definition of master data acquisition, archival and recovery policies and provides leadership on technical implementation of the same.
  
• Partner with the Architecture team to develop MDM data models that are easy to use and maintain and can effectively feed and integrate with the client Data Lake, Cloud Data Warehouse, and other Enterprise Applications.
  
• Create and maintain master data data-dictionaries for domains in scope.
  
• Performs architectural planning, MDM data modeling, proof-of-concept, and development.
  
• Collaborate with Data Quality & Data Governance Organization to assist with the monitoring and preservation of the quality of the master data.
  
• Work with stakeholders to address risks and define and implement robust business processes to manage the MDM lifecycle.
  
• Work with the MDM team to develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, standards and best practices for MDM development and operations.
  
• Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop cross- function technology stack interactions.
  
• Lead technical reviews of development work to assure adherence to best practice and architectural standards.

  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree.
    
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in architecture, designing, developing, and delivering technology solutions.
    
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on MDM experience in the areas of MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality and Data Governance.
    
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing, configuring, and deploying MDM solutions on a leading platform (e.g., Profisee, Reltio, Stibo).
    
  • Must have strong experience with SQL.
    
  • Experience working with FHIR & HL7 standards.
    
  • Experience in data integration (batch and/or API), data quality and data integrity concepts.
    
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, enterprise source systems and of systems that consume master & reference data, including CRM, ERP and Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence.
    
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

    • Must possess strong data modeling skills (Relational & dimensional) and through understanding of data warehousing architectural approaches.
      
    • Strong understanding of key master entity/domain such as Individuals (Consumer, HCP, Patient, Employee...), Organizations (Customer/Client, Supplier...), Product, Locations, Assets etc. and the challenges typically involved in implementing MDM for that entity/domain.
      
    • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
      
    • Ability to understand current systems and propose new architecture by identifying gaps & flaws.
