They work heavily with lab/life science projects up to $100M as well as OPM on capital projects - up to $800M. They have projects all over New England but majority of projects are Cambridge, North and West of Boston, Portsmouth NH, Western Mass - essentially all around the 495 belt. They work on high profile, large projects and have a high emphasis on company culture, work life balance and individual growth.DescriptionThe Estimator will be responsible for:

• working alongside the Chief Estimator and overseeing a team of more junior Estimators
• working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
• generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
• creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
• attending meetings and contributing to presentationsProfileThe successful Estimator will have:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in construction
  • a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field - preferred
  • experience using estimating software such as Bluebeam
  • experience leading a team or managing/mentoring other estimators
  • strong time management skills and the ability to multitaskJob OfferThe Estimator will receive:
