Job Description:
The Recreation Laborer is responsible for the oversight of
recreational activities year round. This includes activities for
children, adults, seniors, and other special citizens of
Somerville. Performs all related duties. Works with various
populations of the Somerville community in connecting them to the
appropriate resources. Works independently and is responsible for
overseeing activities. Includes setting up and cleaning up at
facilities after use for special events, including weekends,
holidays, and evenings. Works collaboratively with Parks &
Recreation team in providing quality programing.Qualifications:
Salary: -$15.96 hourly; no benefits
Union: Non-Union
