• Reporting skills Conduct program and project reviews with key stakeholders regarding the budgets, schedules, risks, procurement/development status and drive disciplined expense management.

• Digital - Automation capabilities with sourcing and procurement platforms.
• Risk Management- account for risks and compliance within procurement.
• Market Analysis- Advanced knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and ability to analyze market conditions.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within procurement and supply chain.
  • Experience with negotiations and contract management.
  • Experience with demand planning and analysis.
  • Experience with operations and IT procurement.
  • Must understand procurement performance metrics and KPI's.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Experience with using procurement methods and policies.
  • Experience using tools and data to manage vendors and support customer success/initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate compliance metrics and process improvements. Key Accountabilities:
    • Support procurement buying and sourcing activities by using procurement methods.
    • Support business demand planning by reviewing usage and determining appropriate order quantities. Monitor lead times, supplier performance.
    • Follow all applicable procurement rules and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance to procurement processes.
    • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
    • Supplier management and relationship building
    • Conduct RFP, RFQ, RFI's to ensure competitive bidding is enforced.
    • Benchmarking
    • Using market research and data analysis to support buying decisions and negotiations.
    • Be transparent with stakeholders in delivery of products and order processes.
