Job Description:
Tracking Code 9116-709 Job Description Exciting opportunity to
join Riverside Community Care as a Senior Family Partner! The
Senior Family Partner provides supervision/management of the Family
Partners and also provides direct service to MassHealth youth with
serious emotional disturbance under the age of 21. The Senior
Family Partner will:
- assist in the engagement of families, the natural supports, and
lend -their -support/own experience to the youth and family
- be a strong advocate for youth and families
- be familiar with the Wraparound principles and Systems of
Care
- demonstrate excellent skills in working, not only with the
family's natural supports, but also in navigating the systems
within schools, state agencies and human service providers
Schedule: 40 hours per week; flexible hours between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

for Riverside! Required Skills
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to
reliable vehicle - Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree in a Human Services or
related Field and one year experience working with target
population of youth, or high school diploma/GED and 2 years
experience with youth as identified above
- Experience as caregiver of a youth with special needs,
preferably a youth with mental health needs
- Minimum of two years' experience working collaboratively with
state agencies, consumer groups &/or behavioral health
outpatient facilities
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience Riverside Community
