o9 Solutions Architect
We are looking for o9 Solution Architects to join our growing team. We seek individuals with consulting backgrounds who have implemented full end-to-end projects and possess hands-on experience with o9 Technology, both functionally and technically.
Planning Practice
As an o9 Solutions Architect at Cervello, a Kearney company, you'll contribute to diverse consulting projects, providing practical guidance to clients. Within our planning practice, you'll work to enhance supply chain transparency and financial planning.
Location
Hybrid work model with core offices in Boston, New York, or Dallas.
Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting phases, transforming business requirements into technical specifications and detailed user stories to ensure solutions meet process needs.
  
• Manage full-cycle o9 implementations, including requirements gathering, scope definition, solution architecture, model development, process documentation, and training.
  
• Collaborate with clients, analysts, and project managers to design tailored solutions using the o9 platform.
  
• Configure, customize, and extend current o9 environments to meet evolving client requirements.
  
• Guide development teams on best practices, agile methodologies, and implementation strategies.
  
• Mentor junior team members in model design and build execution.
  
• Support presales activities through software assessments and proposal development in collaboration with Business Development.
  
• Conduct client demonstrations of the o9 solution, showcasing capabilities relevant to specific client needs.

• Over 3 years of experience implementing integrated planning solutions with o9.
  
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, and trends in supply chain optimization.
  
• Proficiency in o9 building blocks, APIs, and integrations.
  
• Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and SQL.
  
• Knowledge of software architecture, model design, and best practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in Agile environments.
  
• Certifications in o9 IBP Platform (Functional and Technical), with additional certifications like integrations specialist being advantageous.
