We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our IT Enterprise Business Systems team as a Business System Analyst. The role of Business Systems Analyst is an important function within the Epizyme---s Information Technology Department, with the responsibility to ensure the business solution needs are met for our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and G&A functional areas.Key Responsibilities: Provide system support for all Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions including Oracle SCM Cloud and other third-party applicationsPartner closely with SCM and G&A departments to understand their business requirements and develop business solutions to meet their needsPartner closely with other IT team members to provide support for G&A systems (Oracle Financials Cloud, Concur, Conga, etc)Lead cross functional/interdepartmental business system Implementations by leveraging common PMO methodologiesAssist in continuous improvement efforts that identify and implement business solutions that bring efficiencies to the organizationFacilitate requirements gathering, system selection, solutions design, documentation and drive prioritization with business partnersProvide technical support to the end usersEnsure compliance to change control and SDLC proceduresProvides training and knowledge transfer, for cross training purposes, to other members of the IT application teamClosely collaborate with IT vendors and consultants to resolve application issues in a timely and cost-effective mannerRequired Experience/Skills:BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fieldBackground in supply chain operation or business administrationExperience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud applicationsExperience supporting Oracle SCM Cloud - supply chain planning and execution, a strong plusAttention to details and analyticalWilling to learn new systems and remain flexible2-3 years working in a Life Sciences company/organization a plusGeneral knowledge of portfolio/project management methodologiesDemonstrated ability to successfully work in a team and with stakeholders across an organizationAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work as an individual contributor and as a member of a teamEpizyme, Inc. is a vibrant, entrepreneurial EEO employer committed to a diverse and dynamic workplace.
