application analyst.+ somerville , massachusetts+ posted december 21, 2021withrandstad indeed**job details**summary+ $30 - $35 per hour+ contract+ bachelor degree+ industryprofessional, scientific, and technical services+ reference892192job detailsjob summary:Reporting to the VPS Application Manager with a dotted line to the VPS Project Specialist, the Applications Analyst II works closely with IS and hospital leadership to support:- Management of projects and tasks related to VPS applications- Projects and tasks may include the following: Implementation/upgrades of VPS applications, coordination of integrations, new product development and special projects as assigned.location: Somerville, Massachusettsjob type: Contractsalary: $30 - 35 per hourwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required- Experience with videoconferencing Virtual Care platforms preferred such as Vidyo, Teladoc, Zoom, Microsoft Teams- strong problem-solving skills- Comfortable in a matrixed work setting- strong time management skills required- Flexibility and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks- Familiarity with Six SIGMA/ ITIL and Agile/scrum methodologies, application management, databases, medical information platforms (EHRs, DiCom, Remote patient monitoring, etc.- Contributing directly to patient care by participation in the full range of VPS application related work, including new site deployment, projects, enhancements, upgrades, system maintenance, and support- Application and interface testing and quality assurance, with creation and execution of robust test plans- Clinical data normalization/mapping, integration and validation activities- Participating in matrixed project teams across functional areas, led by VPS or Mass General Brigham Virtual Care- Leading VPS work efforts as assigned, with appropriate guidance from senior team members- Providing On-call support of VPS systems and processes, both on and off hours as scheduled- Providing user training and system implementation support at multiple Partners entities, both on and off hours as scheduled- Contributing to the development of requirements, specifications and solutions design- Developing system, team, technical documentation, and user documentation- Communicating work status to senior management and other team members- Providing mentoring and training to team members and/or site staff in appropriate areas of expertise- Providing quality customer service as an exemplary representative of VPS and Mass General Brigham Virtual Care- Other activities as assignedQualifications- Bachelors Degree or higher required- 3+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare IS setting- Knowledge of office applications and project management tools (MS Office, MS Project, Workfront, etc.)qualifications:+ Experience level: Entry Level+ Minimum 3 years of experience+ Education: Bachelors (required)skills:+ application analyst (3 years of experience is preferred)+ ITIL (2 years of experience is preferred)+ Business AnalysisFor certain assignments, Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing may be required by Randstad's client or applicable federal mandate, subject to approved medical or religious accommodations.
