The Role:The Principal HRIS Analyst plays a lead role in the management and enhancement of Workday, Moderna's Global HR Information System. - He/she will lead the Workday tenant management and release efforts. - This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated success in high growth, fast-paced organizations. The successful candidate shall be seen as a hands-on subject matter expert capable of delivering HR technology solutions required to solve complex business issues.This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.Here's What You'll Do:Own assigned Workday modules and partner with HR stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess needs, define requirements, evaluate, design, and implement proactive functional modifications and enhancements to Workday.Lead and manage Workday releases and updates, including researching functionalities, conducting testing, and providing training to end users on enhancements, as applicable.Serve as the functional expert for Workday reporting. - Optimize and evolve scalable reporting solutions. Creates custom reports and dashboards.Drive continuous improvements through process redesign and configuration optimization to ensure optimal use of WorkdayEnsure data integrity in Workday. Develop data quality dashboard. Conduct periodic business process and data audit and implement improvements to maintain data hygiene.
