SVP of Strategy at Mass General Brigham. -This highly visible
enterprise function supports C-suite executives and leaders across
the system with analysis and insights of market trends and
opportunities, business planning for strategic initiatives, and
system strategy formation and planning.This team creates business
plans and financial analyses for system strategic priorities
including value-based care, network development, research, and
service delivery innovations, etc. The team serve as experts in
trends that impact healthcare today and tomorrow, conducting
competitive and foresight intelligence, supporting growth,
transformation and innovation. It is a collaborative,
relationship-driven driven team.Key team capabilities include
problem solving and creative thinking, data analysis, financial
analysis and modeling, market assessments and competitive
intelligence using primary and -secondary research, and
facilitation skills. The team is also strong in project management
to steer complex projects from start to finish, while closely
collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across the system. -
-STRATEGY, PLANNING and MARKET INTELLIGENCE - -CONSULTANTWe are
looking for a skilled Consultant to join the Mass General Brigham
strategy and planning team. - Reporting to a manager or Director,
the Consultant works as part of an expert team of strategy,
business planning, market research and foresight intelligence
consultants to support identification and creation of new business
and revenue growth opportunities. - This is a highly visible
position, providing insights and support to senior leaders in
enterprise-wide departments and member organizationsThe Strategy
and Intelligence Consultant supports opportunity assessments,
market and competitive research, develops business plans, and helps
support enterprise strategic planningPrinciple Duties and
Responsibilities:--- -With guidance, develop business plans for
identified opportunities and initiatives including P&L, margin
and risk performance--- -Create financial analyses to assess the
impact of opportunities and initiatives on the whole system and its
member institutions--- -Conduct opportunity sizing assessments for
new businesses including value-based care growth initiatives---
-Perform and glean salient insights from foresight intelligence to
inform medium to long-term planning--- -With guidance from team
lead, produce polished, visually effective, C-suite-ready
deliverables--- -Manage own work tasks, managing up to lead when
appropriate; Begin by managing smaller projects, developing
facility with workplan develop and execution--- -Communicate
complex data and analysis effectively to senior leaders, including
clinical audiences.--- -Leverage strong interpersonal skills to
build relationships and collaborate with others--- -Communicate
proactively issues/challenges and recommend options for
resolution--- -Bachelor's -degree -required; -Master's -degree,
-MBA -or -MPH -preferred;--- -3 -years -plus financial analysis and
strategic planning experience, preferably in a healthcare
environment--- -Passion for making a difference in healthcare and
strong perseverance to effect change in a world-class healthcare
delivery system ---- -Superior analytic, financial modeling, and
problem-solving skills with high data integrity and accuracy and
strong sense of ownership and accountability--- -A strategic and
tactical thinker that can connect the dots between strategic
initiatives and identify/assess implications--- -Balances big
picture with right level of analytical detail to create impactful
deliverables for c-suite--- -Proactive, resourceful, self-starter,
