Gpac has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Purchasing Agent.Electrical Purchasing Agent Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Electrical Purchasing Agent is between $90,000 and $120,000 depending on experience and maybe more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance.

  • Total familiarization and knowledge of electrical construction, service equipment and materialsincluding: lighting fixtures, lighting controls, switchgear, generators, fire alarm, conduit, fittings,wire, devices, etc.
  • 7+ years' experience in electrical construction, comfortable with commercial, residential, and industrial projects
  • Will be responsible for issuing requests for quotations, negotiating, purchasing, coordination ofsubmittals for engineering approvals and expediting delivery schedules.
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
