Collaboration. General Summary Overview Statement Under the general
direction of the Patient and Provider System Senior Manager, the
incumbent's duties will focus primarily on MD-Staff and Texting Bus
projects. S/he will focus on production support and maintenance
activities for related systems and integration assets, along with
management of small integration projects. Responsibilities
additionally include QA, testing, and document management for the
assigned areas as well as other enterprise initiatives that fall
under the MD-Staff and Texting Bus domains. Principal Duties and
Responsibilities The individual will participate in MD-Staff and
Texting Bus integration implementation and support activities,
including activities such as: Participate in the testing,
implementation, support and ongoing maintenance of new and existing
MD-Staff and Texting Bus integration projects/interfaces. Develop
expertise regarding MD-Staff and Texting Bus requirements. Perform
system testing/quality assurance, including the creation of testing
scenarios and execution of testing scripts. Troubleshoot, diagnose
and accurately document problems and their probable causes and work
closely with developers to identify, test and implement solutions.
Possess skills in document management to assist with the creation,
management and versioning of system and user documentation. Seek
and accept mentorship from those with sophisticated experience.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various
Digital Health teams and other related integration teams
(development and interface groups). Provide on-call support on a
rotating basis (24x7). Communicate project status to senior
management and other team members. Work optimally with project
teams across many functional areas. Identify and pursue
opportunities for process improvement. The individual will also
participate in the planning, management and oversight of assigned
projects while utilizing recognized project management methodology
including such activities as: Definition of project scope and
objectives Management and status reporting tools Function
requirements (specifications) definitions System testing/quality
assurance Project administrative activities The individual must
insure completion of all work assignments in accordance with
established project timelines. The individual must establish and
build a positive project team environment through leadership,
product ownership and collaboration with other team members. The
individual must function both as an individual contributor and as a
great teammate within Mass General Brigham's IS and the Mass
General Brigham HealthCare community at large. The individual must
be flexible and responsible in working on project teams with formal
and informal reporting structures within Mass General Brigham's IS
and the Mass General Brigham's Healthcare community at large. The
individual must provide quality customer service and serve as an
outstanding representative of the Patient and Provider Systems team
and Mass General Brigham's, Information Systems. Ongoing
communication, feedback and follow-through with customers/peers are

experience in computer systems or health care is preferred. Strong
PC skills desired, including knowledge of MS Office suite software.
