MDM Data AnalystSomerville, MA - Hybrid
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with other scrum team members on ingestion of data into Profisee, a cloud based PAAS application hosted in our Azure Kubernetes environment
• Develop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rules
• Data Stewardship functions and administering the data stewardship model
• Gather business requirements and convert to technical requirements.
• Where possible, ensure development of attributes and MDM reference data is aligned with healthcare data best practices (FHIR, HL7, DaVinci, etc.)
• Management of MDM reference data and crosswalks in Profisee
• Develops and mentors other staff members; develops advanced expertise in tools and shares best practices.
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science preferred
  • Experience in healthcare related business processes related to medical staff offices, provider onboarding, or ambulatory and hospital operations
  • 2 years or more of experience in Master Data Management - Strategy, roadmap, systems analysis, and application design
  • 1 or more years of experience with MDM tools (Profisee Master Data Management, MDStaff or similar MDM platforms), experience in Profisee MDM preferred.
  • Data quality, data governance and metadata management understanding; Experience with Collibra and/or Informatica preferred.
