- 2-4 years of experience
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Intermediate understanding of Jesta, SAP and High Radius
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate understanding of Billing, AR, Credit and
Deductions procedures
- Intermediate understanding of the deduction process, analysis
and resolution with retail Big Box accounts
- Proactive, problem-solving approach to propose positive
business solutions
- Self-motivated, positive team player with ability to interact
with individuals at all levels
- Proven experience to work independently, prioritize workload
and manage multiple priorities
- Proven experience to handle confidential financial information
appropriately
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, analyticalYour
Mission
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts based on
experience and skill. This includes customer deductions, customer
reconciliations, collection calls and account adjustments.
- Run and analyze weekly aging, deduction and top account past
due reports finding root cause of issues that delay payments and
cause deductions.
- Successfully resolve customer disputes with limited
intervention.
- Review deduction claims to ensure rebates/allowances are in
compliance with agreements.
- Manage collection process of non-valid deductions through the
proper channels and within the agreed contractual time period with
limited intervention.
- Contact customers with delinquent invoices and initiate
appropriate actions to avoid issues going forward.
- Review daily credit holds through review of customer history
and/or credit limits and escalate the request to approve if needed
to ensure timely release of orders.
- Assist Junior and Level 1 analysts with training and
