Supply Chain Planning ManagerWe are excited to offer an opportunity to become a Supply Chain Planning Manager within our dynamic and innovative team. • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align production planning with demand forecasts and company goals
• Direct and optimize procurement activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging needed to meet aggressive production schedules
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and logistics teams to identify, discuss, and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the process
• Administer inventory management practices to diminish waste and sustain optimal stock levels to meet ongoing customer demands
• Manage warehouse operations to confirm efficient processes in shipping, receiving, and material handling are maintained
• Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics, creating actionable strategies for improvement
• Forge and cultivate strong, reliable relationships with suppliers, ensuring continuous quality and consistent service
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive coherence in supply chain strategies across various departmentsMinimum Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply planning, or scheduling in a manufacturing setting
  • Solid grasp of supply chain management principles such as scheduling, supply analysis, and inventory control
  • Proficient in ERP systems and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficient in navigating cross-team collaborations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the aptitude to manage and direct cross-functional supply chain teamsPreferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
    • Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management such as APICS CPIM or CSCP
    • Experience in using advanced data analytics and supply chain modeling tools
    • Prior experience in a global manufacturing environment
    • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution within supply chainsSkills:
