Job Description:
Description:This position is in our HQ in Needham, MA (Hybrid
Schedule). We seek a detail-oriented and strategic business systems
analyst to support cross-functional finance, supply chain,
manufacturing, and sales initiatives. This role is crucial for
designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes and
systems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.The
ideal candidate must have prior experience working with NetSuite,
be highly proficient in SQL, and have advanced skills in Power BI.
This individual will bridge business stakeholders and technical
teams, ensuring data integrity and operational
efficiency.Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing,
and Sales teams to analyze and improve business processes and
system workflows.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.Leverage
NetSuite to support business operations, optimize processes, and
ensure system accuracy.Write and optimize SQL queries for data
extraction, transformation, and analysis.Identify process gaps and
provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Translate
business requirements into functional specifications and partner
with IT/development teams to implement solutions.Participate in
system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.Support
end-users with system and data-related issues; conduct training
sessions as needed.Ensure data governance and quality across all
platforms.Requirements:Required:Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a
manufacturing or supply chain environment. Hands-on experience with
NetSuite ERP. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power
BI.Understanding of BoM structure principles and item configuration
data settings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability
to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms. Project
management or process improvement certifications (e.g., Six Sigma,
