Job Description:

SAS Retail Services, a leader in providing merchandising solutions, is seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee operations across a variety of chain and independent retail locations. This position plays a crucial role in executing and managing store resets, fixture installations, and product demonstrations to optimize the retail environment and enhance customer shopping experiences. As a team lead, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our retail strategies and maintaining the high standards that SAS Retail Services is known for. Plan and coordinate merchandise resets and installations across multiple retail locations. Lead, motivate, and manage teams of merchandisers to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines. Train team members on effective merchandising techniques and client specifications. Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for the completion of projects. Communicate effectively with store managers and client representatives to ensure that merchandising standards are met and exceeded. Prepare detailed reports on team performance, project status, and inventory issues. Maintain a clear line of communication with the project management team at SAS Retail Headquarters on progress and any challenges faced in the field. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in inventory management software Ability to adapt to quick changes and manage multiple projects effectively Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certification in Retail Management or Visual Merchandising is a plus.
