Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be on the
front lines of protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests.

hear from you! What You’ll Do Perform thorough inspections of
residential and commercial properties Identify pest issues and
develop tailored treatment plans Apply safe, effective pest control
solutions Educate customers on preventive strategies and long-term
pest management Document services and maintain accurate records
Operate and maintain a service vehicle and equipment This isn’t

pay based on experience, with total annual compensation ranging
from $50,000 to $70,000 through a mix of base pay, monthly
performance bonuses, and optional commissions. Performance Bonuses

can earn commissions from upsells or referrals, but it’s entirely

What We’re Looking For: A problem-solver with strong attention to
detail Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Valid pest control license (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help you
get certified!) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A clean driving record and reliability Not Required, but really
nice to have: Previous experience in pest control Applicator
licenses in RI, CT, or MA (Or multiple!) Certifications such as
